The Off-Road Vehicles (ORV) Club allows Etgarim participants to travel to places they could never otherwise reach, while witnessing the beauty and challenges of the outdoors. The Etgarim ORV Club was established in 1996 and arranges for ORV owners, both members and non-members, to participate in monthly guided off road excursions. The trips alternate between the north and south of Israel and are adjusted to the level of the drivers and their disabilities. The stops during the trip are all wheelchair accessible and offer easy exit and re-entrance to the vehicle. In addition to the one-day trips, overnight trips are held on weekends throughout the year and combine camping or staying at a hotel according to the spirit of the trip.
In addition to local activities, ORV Club members also travel to prestigious events around the world. Etgarim members have taken part in the Dakar Rally, the longest and most challenging off-road endurance race. In addition, Etgarim also organized a group of motor sports enthusiasts to participate in the Baja 1000 off-road race in Baja California, Mexico. Etgarim ORV members made history and became the first drivers with serious disabilities to ever take part in these events.
